EquipKI is a community for lab managers, researchers, scientists, technicians, facilities operations personnel, purchasing agents and anyone else who has or needs first-hand feedback about research equipment.

All reviews are provided by members of our community.

You can register for an account through the “My Account” link at the top of this page. To be eligible to register you must demonstrate affiliation with a facility doing life science work or a manufacturer or distributor of life science products.

Yes! Simply sign in, and click to add a review. If the product you want to review is not listed, you will be presented with the option to add it. Our community administrators will then review and approve or reject the new product as well as rate the review for the quality of content.

Please contact us if you notice any mistakes, duplicates, or omissions on the site. We will do our best to address these situations immediately.

When completing a review, reviewers are given the option to provide a star rating from 1 to 5 for a variety of aspects regarding each product. 1 is the lowest score possible and 5 is the highest. This is an easy way for users to get a sense of the quality of each product and compare in a simple way.

We invite manufacturers to add their products and ensure the specifications provided are correct, engage with our community in an authentic way, and invite their customers to provide reviews on the site. That is the extent of their involvement with the content on the site. All reviews are completely independent and cannot be modified or affected by manufacturers.
