The Site is made available by the Company and/or its affiliates, subsidiaries (“we” or “us” or “our”), each of which have adopted these Terms and Conditions with regard to its website. Applicable Laws.

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Delaware, and each of the parties hereto waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
